Snoresnoozer – Return & Refund Policy

At HiZuu, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Snoresnoozer within 30 days of receiving your product. However, please note the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

You can return your Snoresnoozer and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit if:

(a) You received a product with damaged or contaminated packaging;
(b) You received a defective product;
(c) You received the wrong item;
(d) No refund after shipped;
(e) No refund for delivered orders;
(f) Fraud claims are excluded;
(g) Any customs duties, import taxes, or postal fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important: We do not accept returns of products that have been used due to hygiene and health reasons.

Timeframe and Fees

  • Within 14 days of receiving the product: No return fees will be applied, but you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
  • After 14 days, but within 30 days of receiving the product: A return fee may be applied (please see the "Return Rates" section below), and shipping costs will not be refunded.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from HiZuu on this website. If you purchased the Snoresnoozer from another seller, please refer to their return policy.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable if you return the product more than 14 days after delivery or if you chose express delivery.

Return Rates

If you return your Snoresnoozer within the 30-day window, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. No additional fees will be applied, provided the product is unused and meets the conditions outlined above. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund.


Steps to Return a Product:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at jamesnguyenshopify@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please include your full name, email, and order number, along with a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

Step 2: Our Customer Support team will respond within 3 business days. If your return request meets the criteria, we will provide you with a link to a returns form. Once completed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Step 3: Safely repack your Snoresnoozer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the package. Send the product to the return address provided by our support team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 4: Send us the tracking number for your return. We recommend using registered mail or another trackable method to ensure your return is processed correctly. Returns without a tracking number may be refused.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns without tracking may be refused.
